Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the deployment of CAD, Mobile, Records, and Jail Management systems for public safety customers across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role combines leadership of cross-functional teams with responsibility for budgets, schedules, and risk management, in a remote-capable environment requiring 25-50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of project management experience or 5+ years managing complex deployments and/or software deployments.
• Experience coordinating CAD/Mobile/Records/Jail management deployments for public safety.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex public safety deployment projects (CAD/Mobile/Records/Jail).
• Direct work of project team across boundaries and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Establish budgets, schedules, risk plans, and quality plans.
• Prepare invoices and project status reports; support process improvements.
