Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead the deployment of large public safety software solutions across the Mid-Atlantic region. This remote role requires coordinating nationwide teams and managing complex CAD, Mobile, Records, and Jail deployments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of PM experience, with PMP preferred. Expect travel up to 50% and background clearance; competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of project management experience OR 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing complex deployments and software deployments, including integrations with 3rd party products/services.
• Experience with State and Local government/public safety projects is preferred.
• Ability to obtain background clearance and travel 25–50% within the Northeast US.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large public safety applications (CAD/Mobile/Records/Jail) projects.
• Direct the work activities of the project team across organizations.
• Drive relationships between internal and external teams; manage budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and present project status reports; collaborate with PMO to implement best practices.
