Job summary
Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the deployment of complex public safety solutions (CAD, Mobile, Records, Jail) across state, regional, and city levels in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
The role requires 25–50% travel, remote work flexibility, and background clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of project management experience or 5+ years managing complex deployments
- Experience managing complex deployments and/or software deployments
- Ability to obtain government background clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, large public safety applications (CAD/Mobile/Records/Jail) projects
- Direct work activities of project team across boundaries
- Establish budgets, schedules, and communication plans
- Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans
- Prepare system integration quotations and statements of work
- Provide project status reports and drive process improvements
