Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the deployment of CAD, Mobile, Records, and Jail management systems for public safety customers across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. The role reports to the Regional Services Manager and requires leadership of diverse teams, budgeting, risk management, and customer coordination.

The ideal candidate has PMP experience preferred, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of PM experience, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of project management experience or 5+ years of project management experience leading complex deployments.
• PM experience managing complex deployments and/or software deployments, including integration with 3rd party products and services.
• Ability to obtain government background clearance and travel up to 25-50% in Northeast US.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large public safety application projects (CAD/Mobile/Records/Jail).
• Direct work activities of the project team across organizational boundaries.
• Drive strategic relationships between internal and external teams.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and communication plans with customers.
• Provide risk assessment and mitigation plans, quality plans, and status reporting.
