Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer to deliver hands-on and virtual training on mobile video technologies to public safety customers and internal teams. You will tailor content, create course materials, and measure knowledge transfer while traveling to client sites and MSI facilities as needed.

The role requires 3+ years of training experience, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to work in fast-changing environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience with a focus in public safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom technical training on mobile video technologies to external customers and internal employees.
• Deliver virtual instructor-led training on mobile video technologies to external customers and internal employees.
• Travel to customer locations and MSI facilities as needed, up to 75% of the time.
• Instruct users on complex software products and services and prepare training materials.
• Assess knowledge transfer and training effectiveness through evaluations and surveys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update curricula reflecting product design changes.
