Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic technical trainer to conduct hands-on learning for mobile video technologies within Worldwide Education. The role focuses on customer education, user experience, and effective training delivery for end users to system administrators in the Public Safety environment.

The ideal candidate will blend instructional experience with a technical background, tailoring and enhancing training for varying student levels and adapting to customer workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience with a focus in public safety systems or applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and time management skills.
• Self-starter; able to operate effectively during ambiguity, rapid change and growth.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom technical training on mobile video technologies to external customers and occasionally internal staff.
• Deliver virtual instructor-led training for external customers and internal staff.
• Train at customer locations and via virtual sessions; travel up to 75%.
• Develop and update course materials and technical documents for new products or services.
• Assess knowledge transfer and training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback.
• Build relationships with Public Safety customers and cross-functional product teams to improve training strategies.
