Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver hands-on learning for mobile video technologies within Worldwide Education. The role involves both in-person and virtual instruction for external customers and internal staff, with extensive travel and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical training, demonstrates excellent communication, and can tailor curricula for end users to technicians and system administrators

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience in public safety or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom technical training on mobile video technologies to external customers and internal staff.
• Conduct virtual instructor-led training sessions as needed.
• Travel to customer locations and Motorola facilities up to 75% with regular scheduling.
• Develop and update training materials, curricula and courseware.
• Assess training impact and gather feedback to improve programs.
