Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training on mobile video tech.
• Provide virtual instructor-led training.
• Train at customer sites or virtually.
• Travel up to 75% domestically and occasionally internationally.
• Teach users and staff on complex software.
• Present using lectures, slides, and online projections.
• Create course material and documentation.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Monitor customer satisfaction via surveys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training strategies.
• Update curricula to reflect product changes.
• Demonstrate training effectiveness through evaluations.
• Maintain relationships with Public Safety customers.
