Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver hands-on classroom instruction for mobile video technologies to public safety and agency customers. You will tailor training to varying student levels, from end users to system administrators, both in-person and virtually.

This role emphasizes customer workflows, user experience, and quality of training, with travel up to 75% to client locations and occasional international engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience, with a focus on public safety systems and applications.
• Ability to enable cross functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and time management skills.
• Proven track record driving improvements within a team and business.
• Self-starter capable of operating during ambiguity and growth periods.
• Able to explain End-to-End concepts to students in varying roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom technical training on mobile video technologies to external customers and internal staff.
• Deliver virtual instructor-led training on mobile video technologies.
• Lead training at customer locations and via virtual sessions.
• Travel up to 75% to support clients and sites.
• Teach and instruct agency customers/end users and staff on complex software products.
• Present training using lectures, PowerPoint, flip charts, and online projections.
