Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a dynamic trainer to deliver hands-on classroom instruction for mobile video technologies to external customers and internal staff within Worldwide Education.

You will tailor training to varying student levels, conduct in-person and virtual sessions, travel up to 75% to customer sites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve curricula.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience in public safety.
• Ability to enable cross functional teams to meet objectives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, project and time management skills.
• Experience driving improvements with a team and business.
• Self-starter, adaptable during change and growth.
• Understand end-to-end solutions for varied job functions.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of classroom technical training on mobile video technologies to external customers and internal employees.
• Delivery of virtual instructor-led technical training on mobile video technologies to external customers and internal employees.
• Training at customer locations and virtually.
• Travel up to 75% to Motorola Solutions facilities or customer locations.
• Teach agency customers/end users on use and operating methods of complex software products.
• Present training using various classroom methods (lecture, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Compile training and course materials for products/services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to support training strategies.
• Update curricula to reflect product changes and market demands.
