Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer to deliver hands-on learning for mobile video technologies, tailoring instruction to end users, technicians and system admins in the Public Safety environment.

You will travel up to 75% to customer sites, lead in-person and virtual classes, develop course materials, measure training effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep curricula up to date.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience with a focus in public safety systems, solutions, and applications.
• Ability to enable cross functional teams to meet business objectives and motivate co-workers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, and time management skills.
• Proven experience driving improvements with a team and business.
• Self-starter capable during ambiguity, rapid change, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom technical training on mobile video technologies to external customers and internal staff.
• Deliver virtual instructor-led training on mobile video technologies.
• Travel to customer locations for training; training at customer sites and virtually.
• Develop and update training materials and course content.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness; gather feedback.
