Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with budgets, scheduling, contracts, and project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Contract new work to meet market sector goals by securing new clients and deepening relationships.
• With key stakeholders in the market, establish and implement a business development plan and manage the budget.
• Stay current on market sector trends and collaborate with marketing to support efforts and grow reputation.
• Develop contacts with decision-makers and organizations within the market, personally and with the team.
• Build networks with design professionals to identify opportunities and influence proposals and campaigns.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and achieve KPIs established for the sector.
• Provide business development intelligence to marketing and project proposals.
