Job summary

Leo A DALY LLC seeks a Market Sector Leader to cultivate net-new business yearly by developing partnerships and managing client relations, aiming to hit targets and KPIs. You will work with key stakeholders to create and execute a business development plan and manage the market sector budget.

You will stay current on market trends, grow networks with design professionals, maintain a strong opportunity pipeline, and support proposals and marketing programs tailored to client needs and budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture and/or Interior Design required.
• 10+ years’ experience in design and management of projects including 3–5 years in leadership and/or business development.
• Master’s degree in architecture and/or Interior Design preferred.
• Professional Registration – PE, Architect, NCIDQ desirable.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with market sector growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Contract new work meeting market sector goals by securing new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients.
• Develop and implement a market sector business development plan and manage the budget.
• Stay up to date on market trends with BD and marketing to support growth and reputation.
• Develop contacts with decision makers within the market and collaborate with team members.
• Build networks with design professionals to identify opportunities and solicit support.
• Maintain pipeline of opportunities and achieve KPIs.
• Provide BD intelligence to marketing and guide proposals and promotional campaigns.
