Leo A Daly in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Market Sector Leader to cultivate new business and manage client relationships, delivering against KPIs. The role requires a strong track record in design management and business development within the architecture/interior design sectors.

Responsibilities include securing new work, developing business plans with stakeholders, mentoring teams, maintaining a robust pipeline, and contributing to proposals and campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in architecture and/or Interior Design.
• 10+ years’ experience in design and management of projects, including 3-5 years in leadership and/or business development.
• Master’s degree in architecture and/or Interior Design preferred; professional registrations valued.

Responsabilidades

• Contract new work and meet market sector goals by securing clients and deepening relationships.
• Develop and implement a business development plan with stakeholders; manage budget.
• Provide market sector insights to marketing and support proposals and campaigns.
• Build networks with design professionals and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead and mentor team members, coordinate project planning, scheduling and budgeting.
