Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design as minimum education.
• 10+ years’ experience in design and management of projects, including 3–5 years in leadership and/or business development.

Responsibilities

• Contract new work to meet market sector goals by securing new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients.
• Establish and implement a business development plan with stakeholders and manage the budget.
• Stay updated on market sector trends and support marketing efforts to deepen reputation.
• Develop contacts with decision makers within the market and with team members.
• Build networks with design professionals to identify opportunities and solicit support.
• Maintain a pipeline of advanced opportunities and achieve KPIs.
• Provide business development intelligence to marketing and proposals for project-specific campaigns.
