Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive mission-critical logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency dispatch centers. You will guide public safety agencies through complex procurements and build long-term relationships with city and county decision-makers.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end bids, coordinate with federal programs, and forecast pipelines while leveraging Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in public safety sales
• 3+ years selling to public safety agencies or local governments
• Strong knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards
• Familiarity with CJIS security policies and state public records laws

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales engagements in emergency dispatch centers.
• Manage complex bids for federal solicitations (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs).
• Target new logos and penetrate strategic accounts in public safety.
• Guide program managers and procurement officials through government cycles.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Position integrated security solutions with major vendors.
