Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to lead a portfolio of regional customers, ensuring rapid value realization and sustained adoption of our hybrid-cloud portfolio. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to onboard, configure, and drive real-world workflows in mission-critical environments.

You will monitor adoption metrics, guide customers through Tennant-class use cases, and collaborate on renewal and expansion opportunities, while maintaining strong executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, IT, or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or similar in SaaS/cloud tech.
• Public safety or government tech exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reduce Time to First Value for new deployments.
• Move customers through increasingly advanced usage tiers.
• Identify risks to adoption and retention early and drive mitigation plans.
• Surface expansion and cross-sell opportunities based on usage and outcomes.
