Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to drive adoption and value realization for a portfolio of public safety and enterprise customers. You will onboard users, monitor usage, and guide stakeholders through mission-critical workflows.

You'll partner with Sales, Product, Deployment, and Support to turn technology investments into measurable outcomes, manage renewal risks, and identify expansion opportunities across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles with SaaS/cloud products.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and expansion with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on adoption and value realization.
• Lead onboarding, health checks, QBRs/EBRs to review usage and outcomes.
• Identify risks, mitigate churn, and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Deployment, and Support to ensure success.
