Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to drive adoption of our hybrid-cloud portfolio and strengthen multi-year partnerships. You will manage a regional portfolio, onboard customers, and configure workflows for real-world use cases in mission-critical operations.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Deployment, Product, and Support to ensure seamless deployments, renewals, and expansion opportunities while maintaining strong executive-level relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, or mission-critical tech products.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with operational leaders and end users.
• Lead onboarding, health checks, and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive high adoption of licensed features and workflows.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans to protect renewal and expansion.
