Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates preferred.
• Extensive experience in public housing management.
• Ability to pass federal, state, and local criminal background checks and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Conduct annual and interim recertifications for residents.
• Maintain resident files and ensure accuracy of rent calculations.
• Prepare and submit HUD reporting forms and related documentation (e.g., 50058).
• Monitor compliance with HUD and DHC requirements across AME and mixed-finance properties.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on PIC and EIV systems.
