Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to promote consistent site operations and regulatory compliance across an assigned portfolio. You will support HUD, LIHTC, and related requirements, drive accurate reporting, and partner with stakeholders to implement improvements and trainings.

The role requires experience in affordable housing programs, on-site operations, and strong problem solving. Travel to support sites is expected; compensation includes a performance bonus and

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with Affordable Housing file preparation, audit and training.
• 3+ years’ experience with on-site property management and operations; budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC and HUD programs; related certifications preferred.
• Experience with Property Management Software (RealPage/Yardi).
• Willingness to travel 50% of working hours to sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line training on HUD/LIHTC and company policies.
• Support training initiatives with Learning & Development.
• Review files for eligibility and compliance with program requirements.
• Assist with certifications, recertifications, leases and EIV binder maintenance.
• Prepare for LIHTC audits, MORs, and inspections; respond to findings.
• Monitor waitlists, rent and utility updates for compliance.
• Coordinate reporting and advertising with agencies and marketing.
• Connect residents with community resources and services.
