• Six months to one year of general experience or education related to medical laboratory work.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, immunology, serology, and blood banking.
• Evaluate test results and troubleshoot to ensure accuracy.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments; prepare reagents and culture media; monitor quality control.
• Collect and process patient specimens; manage accessioning and referral testing.
