Qualifications

• Six months general experience or equivalent in a laboratory environment.
• Specialized laboratory support work in chemistry, hematology or microbiology preferred.
• Ability to document results and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, immunology, serology, and blood banking.
• Evaluate test results and troubleshoot or repeat procedures as needed.
• Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Collect and process patient specimens; track and accession specimens.
• Validate and document results; communicate with healthcare providers; support quality assurance and safety requirements.
