Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Benefits Account Manager in Public Entity to join our East Division. This on-site role focuses on pre-renewal marketing, enrollment, and ongoing client service for a public entity client base.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in employee health benefits or insurance, strong Excel skills, and a college degree or 3–5 years of equivalent professional experience in group insurance; a life/health license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in employee health benefits or insurance benefit information; public entity experience preferred.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Experience with Excel and navigating online systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and sustain professional relations with internal staff, carriers, and clients.
• Assist the Account Manager with pre-renewal marketing and renewal administration.
• Respond to client questions and maintain client files.
• Manage enrollment and educational materials under the Account Manager.
• Investigate and resolve eligibility file issues and carrier discrepancies.
