Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader based in New Jersey, seeks an Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage the account service team, and support the Health Insurance Fund division. You will coordinate resources to deliver comprehensive products and services to Acrisure NJ Platform accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in large market employee benefits, NJ Life and Health License, a HS Diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in large market employee benefits
• NJ Life and Health License
• HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall responsibility for client relationship management
• Manage the account service team and administrative duties for the Health Insurance Fund division
• Coordinate deployment of corporate resources to provide comprehensive products and services to Acrisure NJ Platform accounts
• Assist with COBRA and Direct Bill programs within JHIF entities
• Review Medicare member eligibility and oversee transitions into the Medicare population
• Coordinate and manage renewal and RFP processes for clients
