• Two years in reception or call center with high-volume data entry or information gathering.
• Associate degree in Behavioral/Social Sciences or closely related field, plus six months front desk/call center work.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, respectful customer service as the first point of contact.
• Manage phone, email communications, mail processing, records management and data entry.
• Provide eligibility support by explaining benefits and program requirements; maintain case documentation.
• Apply agency policies to ensure accurate records and timely client processing.
