Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 2 years of experience OR equivalent combination after high school.
• Experience in customer service, social services, or case management.
• Ability to travel to district offices as needed and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and certify eligibility for cash, medical and non-cash programs.
• Conduct interviews with applicants and verify information across NH HEIGHTS.
• Assist with complex multi-program cases and ensure timely decisions.
• Provide customer service and resolve inquiries in real time.
