Job summary

Qualifications

Equivalent combination of 2 years of education and experience after completion of high school.
Education/experience should be in customer service, social services, finance activities, case management or related field.

Responsibilities

Reviews program applications for completion and accuracy and updates data in NH HEIGHTS.
Performs eligibility determination assistance activities including answering phones and routing callers.
Triages public and customers, educates on resources, guides navigation of digital documentation.
Interviews applicants to screen for eligibility and obtain verification documents.
Determines preliminary eligibility and issues benefit information while maintaining confidentiality.
Researches applicant information using NH HEIGHTS, EBTEDGE, NH EASY and other state systems.
