Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a social service environment preferred.
• Ability to verify information and maintain state policies.
• Experience with case management and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Gather data for assistance programs with clients
• Verify information meets state policies
• Obtain release forms and medical records as needed
• Verify income, assets, and other documents
• Explain regulations and program requirements to clients
• Use automated tools to determine eligibility
• Data entry into state database
• Respond to inquiries by phone or email
