Job summary

Knowledge Services in Indianapolis is seeking an Eligibility Specialist to support Indiana DFR programs (TANF, SNAP, Medicaid). You will assist in processing applications and determining eligibility per state guidelines.

Responsibilities include gathering data face-to-face or by phone, verifying information, obtaining release forms and medical records, and entering data into the state system. Training provided with a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Gathers data for public assistance programs.
• Verifies information per state policy.
• Obtains release forms and medical records as needed.
• Verifies income, assets and other documents.
• Explains regulations and program requirements to clients.
• Inputs data into state databases.

Responsibilities

• Data is collected face-to-face or by phone.
