Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Counseling or Social Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather data for all relevant assistance programs face-to-face or via phone.
• Verify information meets state policies.
• Obtain release forms and medical records as needed.
• Verify income, assets, and other documents.
• Explain regulations and program requirements to clients.
• Use automated system to determine eligibility.
• Enter data into state database.
• Respond to inquiries by phone or email.
