Job summary

Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in a Florida SNF. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license (or eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
