Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed in Florida to deliver skilled therapy in a SNF setting. You will treat residents and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
