Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in SNF settings at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. This PRN position offers increased rates when benefits are waived and requires a Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence, supported by modern rehab facilities and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required/preferred?
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
