Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting at Boca Pointe Center and Rosewood Center in Lake Worth Beach, FL. You will work within dedicated therapy gyms, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function, and independence.

The PRN role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and benefits options; Florida PTA license or eligibility is required, with SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
