Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a SNF setting for residents at Boca Pointe and Rosewood centers in Florida. This PRN role offers opportunities within modern rehab gyms and dedicated therapy spaces.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, mobility, and quality of life, while maintaining accurate Net Health documentation and ensuring compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
