Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Florida. You will provide skilled PTA services in dedicated therapy gyms at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, helping residents regain function and independence.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and quality of life, and meet the needs of residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Work within dedicated therapy gyms inside the SNF to support residents’ regain of independence.

Education
