Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL. We seek a Florida-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide skilled PTA services in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

This PRN position emphasizes collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
