Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for skilled nursing facilities Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. This PRN role offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived and services are provided in SNF settings.

You must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program with Florida PTA license or license-eligible, with SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
