Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. This PRN Physical Therapist Assistant role will provide skilled PTA services in dedicated therapy gyms inside skilled nursing facilities to help residents regain function and independence.

Florida-licensed PTA (or eligible) with SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
