Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN position at the Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth FL. Serve residents in dedicated SNF therapy gyms with skilled, compassionate care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred; Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement patient-centered therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely Net Health documentation and progress notes.

Education

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible)

SNF or post-acute experience preferred

Net Health documentation knowledge preferred
