Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This role provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in implementing individualized plans across outpatient, inpatient, skilled nursing, rehab, and home health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Accurately document treatment sessions, progress, and observations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses and other team members.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized rehabilitation environments.
