Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapy under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist across outpatient, inpatient, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home health settings.

You will implement treatment plans, assist patients in mobility and functional activities, and document progress while maintaining HIPAA and safety standards. Collaboration with the rehab team is essential to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active PTA license in state of practice.
• BLS certification preferred or required per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Accurately document treatment sessions and patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses and other team members.
