Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitation services under a Physical Therapist across outpatient, inpatient, and home health settings. You will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and help patients improve mobility and independence.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree, PTA license, and current BLS; prior outpatient or acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Licensure: Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification preferred or required according to facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA interventions under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient progress in the EMR per policy.
