Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. The PTA will provide therapy under supervision, implement prescribed treatment plans, and collaborate with PTs and other clinicians to promote patient mobility and wellness.

Candidates should hold an accredited PTA degree, possess a valid PTA license in the practice state, and have experience with EMR systems. BLS certification may be required depending on facility policy.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Licensure: Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• BLS: Basic Life Support certification preferred or required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-led physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and mobility safety.
• Accurately document treatment sessions, patient progress, and clinical observations per facility policies.
