Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Temple, OK. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver PT services, conduct screenings, assist in evaluations, and help develop treatment plans to improve resident mobility and function.

The role requires an active PTA license, associate degree in physical therapy, and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active PTA license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents at regular intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment.
• Assist in evaluation and treatment planning under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct individual and group treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
