Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Oklahoma City, OK. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention.
• Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluations and in treatment plan development.
• Develop and modify treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Deliver individual and group therapies focusing on strength, mobility, balance, and gait.
