Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under supervision.
• Conduct screenings to determine intervention needs.
• Assist in evaluation and goal setting with the Physical Therapist.
• Support treatment plans including mobility, strength, balance, gait and modalities.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating resident treatment plans.
