CareMed Health Solutions is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver wound management for residents in long-term care facilities. You will diagnose, treat, and manage wounds while coordinating with facility staff and primary care physicians.
The role requires Ohio NP license, board certification, and experience with wound care in an interdisciplinary team. Optional DEA and wound certification preferred. This position emphasizes patient wellbeing and quality of care.
