CareMed Health Solutions seeks a Wound Nurse Practitioner to provide wound services to residents in long-term care facilities in West Virginia. You will diagnose, treat, and manage wounds, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and coordinate care with primary physicians.
The role requires an active WV NP license, board certification, and experience with wound care, including chronic wounds and wound VACs. EMR proficiency and a strong emphasis on resident wellbeing are essential.
